      How can I get rid of my cellulite quickly?
      I am 18 years old, and I have terrible cellulite on my thighs, but I am not even chubby. It’s so embarassing that I can’t even wear bathing suits with out wearing soffe shorts over them. Although I am not fat, I don’t ever do hardly any physical activity. I am going to the beach oct. 5 and I want to know if it is possible to get rid of it or greatly reduce it by then. It’s really bothering me cause I know it only gets worse as you age and at my age my body should be in its prime. Can anyone tell me effective techniques to rid cellulite and how long it takes..preferably someone who is or has been in the same boat as I am.

        Now to significantly reduce your cellulite you need to do 3 things. Exercise, change your diet a little and look at a cellulite cream. Doing one of these will do little to do help as they interlink and work together to reduce your cellulite.

        First exercise. You need to exercise to tone the problem area and reduce the fat content in the fat cells where the cellulite is problem. You need perform exercises that target the cellulite area (cellulite on thighs you need to jog, squats, lunges even walking). You need to exercise minimum 3 times a week, these only have to be 30 min long. You also want to perform mostly cardiovascular exercises with some anaerobic to help tone the area.

        With your diet you want to remove as much saturated fat from your diet and foods that are high in toxins. This means no take away foods and foods that are highly processed. It’s kind of like detoxing but not as hardcore, just eat more fresh fruits and vegetables make them a substitute for the bad snacks.

        Lastly the cellulite cream. The cellulite cream is critical as it provides the body with the powerful nutrients needed to repair the damage the cellulite has caused.       What is the best cream to use that will get rid of cellulite?
      I only want you to answer from personal experience and not something you read online because i cant trust that. for information, im actually not overweight in any way, im 115 pounds, im 15 years old, and im 5’5. For some reason i have bad cellulite all over my butt and legs and im not sure why i do because ive never been overweight and i would like to know what creams really do work. Thank you

      How to get rid cellulite?
      I’m 14 and I have terrible cellulite all over my body. I am thin, and eat pretty healthy, and I still have disgusting cellulite on my butt/upper thighs, all over legs, and just recently I’ve noticed on my stomach.         well firstly, drink plenty of water and eat loads of veg, that will help you to get rid of toxins. Also, use a body brush- Use it on dry skin as it is more effective. You can also use a toning moisturiser if you wish to!

        And most of all of all do toning exercises. Squats galore :) good luck hun xxxxx

      how to get rid of cellulite on your butt completely?
      i am almost 14 and i think that i have pretty bad cellulite on my butt and my friends have pointed it out to me as well and it just makes me self conscious so i was wondering as many ways as possible to get rid of it fast without any surgery since i am only 14 after all. thanks!!

        Water, water, water! Drinking a healthy amount of water a day (approx. 2 litres) will help to flush out all the fats and toxins in your body. Try to cut down on fats, sodium, sugar and processed carbohydrates. Don’t diet like a crazy person, just make sure you eat lots of fresh fruit and veges. Saunas may also help with detox.. As may body wraps. Make sure you get 30 minutes of exercise in 3 times and week and you should see lots of improvement :) Although, never fear.. I don’t know of a woman on this Earth who doesn’t have a rogue bit of cellulite on her somewhere!
